customer or client to determine
appropriate action.
Based on this letter, leave a note for your boss listing what the complaint is about and what should be done, if anything, about it. Post your note to your blog.
I guess the letter should be written like this:

The Manager
Bombay Tiger Restaurant
South Lea Wardley, Bershire
Dear Sir
I am writing to complain about the meal I had at you restaurant, The Bombay Tiger in South Lea last Thursday night.
The service was very slow. When our meal was serve, the curry was cold. When I asked for the food to be taken back to be reheated the waiter was so rude and shouted us. In fact he told me that I should have ordered something different. After our meal, I received my bill. We were overcharged, the dessert was charged twice.
If this is your standard of customer service, I won't come back in a rush!
Faithfully yours
Stan Gooding
Note for my Boss:
These were the complaints of our former customer:
- Slow service
- Rude staff
- Food was not heated up properly
- Disrespectful staff
- Charging too much
The following are the things to be done:
- Provide a customer-service training for the staff.
- Cooks should be reprimanded about preparing the food.
